How to Get Technical Support
The primary method to generate a Support Request is to visit our simple ticket submit page by clicking here. Existing customers can double click on the round blue MSP icon in their system tray (bottom right hand corner of the screen for PC users and the top menu bar for Mac users) to quickly access this website.
A secondary method that is equivalent to using the web portal is sending an email to Help@BuildingITC.com. Please make sure to supply the necessary information for us to provide prompt assistance (i.e. your contact information and issue you are having).
Our typical Help Desk response time is under one hour but we allow up to four business hours if it is a low priority issue. Please note that the Help Desk is available M-F from 8:30AM – 5:30PM EST and we are on call for emergencies only after-hours. If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after hours and it is not an emergency, you will receive a response the next business day.
If you cannot access the website or there is an issue affecting multiple users then please call 866-324-3324 option 3 to speak with a live representative 24 hours a day 7 days a week to report the issue.
