Network Security

We provide protection from viruses and potentially harmful attachments that are removed by Spam Soap before entering your network. If you host your own mail server, we can provide instructions to adjust your firewall to only allow email routed through Spam Soap. This will cloak your corporate mail server from external attacks and prevent directory harvesting, which is used by spammers to collect email addresses. Our advanced virus scanning engines and our own proprietary vulnerability identification methods go beyond virus scanning to identify new harmful email even before updates are available.

You’re In Control

You’re in control of your MX record. With a simple change by your IT staff or ISP, Spam Soap is turned on or off. With Tag, spam is delivered to your server where it can be easily managed. Quarantine allows you to keep spam off your network completely by storing for seven days at Spam Soap where it can be easily managed through the web interface.

Security

Physical access to the hosting facilities is guarded and monitored 24x7x365. Spam Soap Support Team members are employed by Spam Soap Inc. and are carefully screened. Spam Support Team members are the only people with authorized access to the filtering center servers.

Filtering Centers

We are continually making improvements and expanding the capacity of our systems. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, the other servers automatically engage so that the failure does not interrupt the flow of email. Critical components of Spam Soap systems are proactively monitored on a 24x7 basis.

Spam Soap pricing provides tiers to meet your organization’s needs.

Prices are based upon the number of email users in your company. Pricing includes multiple domains at a ratio of one domain name for every ten mailboxes. If additional domains need filtering, above and beyond those included in the 10:1 ratio, there is a $4 per month charge. Customers are free to increase or decrease the number of mailboxes anytime without informing Spam Soap. Then prior to the next billing cycle the price can be adjusted to a new tier if necessary. To determine your pricing tier, we do not count aliases or special purpose mailboxes such as info@domain.com or webmaster@domain.org. Our prices for small to medium sized business range between $1 and $2 per email user per month and can be as low as $1 for large organizations. Spam Soap bills in 6 month increments. Discounts are available for non-profit, government and educational organizations.
